Valve Body/Plug Machining
Raw materials (carbon steel/stainless steel) are cast/forged → the valve body cavity and plug through-hole are machined;
Seal Assembly
Lubricating type valves are filled with grease, non-lubricating type valves are fitted with PTFE sealing sleeves;
Actuator Matching
Manual/pneumatic/electric actuators are connected → rotation angle is adjusted;
Testing

Working Principle
The valve stem is rotated by the operating mechanism, causing the valve core to rotate around its axis:
Fully open state: The valve core passage completely aligns with the valve body passage, allowing the medium to pass through without obstruction, resulting in minimal flow resistance;
Closed state: The valve core rotates 90° (or a specific angle), and the solid part of the valve core blocks the valve body passage, thus shutting off the medium flow;
Regulating state (for some models): The valve core is rotated so that the passages partially overlap, allowing for small adjustments to the medium flow rate (but with lower accuracy than dedicated control valves).
