Manufacturing Process of Gratings

Steel gratings: First, the appropriate steel material is selected. Then, the steel is cut to the required dimensions according to the design specifications. Next, the crossbars and bearing flat steel are fixed together by pressure welding or manual welding. Pressure welding is performed using a high-pressure resistance welding machine, resulting in high welding quality and speed; manual welding offers greater flexibility. Finally, surface treatment is applied, such as hot-dip galvanizing, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the grating and extends its service life.

Plastic gratings: First, plastic raw materials, typically polypropylene, are prepared. The raw materials are heated and melted in an injection molding machine and then injected into a mold, where they are formed under specific pressure and temperature. After demolding, the gratings are trimmed to remove burrs and other excess material. After quality inspection, they are packaged and shipped.

Q: What is the delivery cycle for in-stock gratings of regular specifications?

A: Common specifications (30×3mm, 38×5mm, 1m×2m) are in stock, and goods can be shipped 3-5 days after ordering; non-stock specifications need to be produced according to orders, with a cycle of 7-10 days, supporting logistics methods such as sea freight and air freight.
