Valve Body Casting/Forging

CNC machining is performed on the valve body, gate, and other components to ensure the accuracy of sealing surfaces and flange dimensions;
Surface Treatment
The valve body is sandblasted and painted (blue anti-corrosion coating), and hard alloy is welded onto the sealing surfaces;
Assembly and Debugging
The gate, valve stem, actuator, and other components are assembled, and the opening/closing performance and sealing performance are tested;
Quality Inspection and Shipment
Pressure tests (such as hydrostatic testing) and performance tests are conducted according to API/GB standards, and the product is shipped with a certificate of conformity.
Routine maintenance
Regular inspections
