It features dual electric and manual control, with a green electric actuator and handwheel on top. It supports remote automation and emergency manual operation. The connection type is flanged. This electric gate valve is suitable for on/off control of large-flow, high-pressure media.

Production Process

 

Material Melting

WCB cast steel material is melted according to standard formulas to ensure the composition meets specifications;

Valve Body Casting/Forging

The valve body blank is formed through precision casting or forging processes to ensure structural strength;

Machining

CNC machining is performed on the valve body, gate, and other components to ensure the accuracy of sealing surfaces and flange dimensions;

Surface Treatment

The valve body is sandblasted and painted (blue anti-corrosion coating), and hard alloy is welded onto the sealing surfaces;

Assembly and Debugging

The gate, valve stem, actuator, and other components are assembled, and the opening/closing performance and sealing performance are tested;

Quality Inspection and Shipment

Pressure tests (such as hydrostatic testing) and performance tests are conducted according to API/GB standards, and the product is shipped with a certificate of conformity.

Routine maintenance

 

Regular inspections

Check the wiring and seals (such as packing) of the electric actuator monthly, and check for leaks at the sealing surfaces quarterly;

Lubricate the valve stem and actuator gearbox every six months;

Cleaning and protection

Keep the valve body surface clean to prevent the accumulation of impurities that could affect operation;

Q: Can this valve regulate flow?

A: It is not recommended. When the gate valve is partially open, the sealing surface is easily eroded by the medium, shortening its lifespan. It is only suitable for fully open/fully closed control.

Q: How to operate the valve if the electric actuator fails?

A: Switch to manual mode and open or close the valve directly using the handwheel.

Q: What is the applicable medium temperature range?

A: WCB material is suitable for -29℃~425℃. For higher temperatures, heat-resistant steel material is required.

Q: Are there any requirements regarding the installation direction?

A: The gate valve's medium flow direction is not restricted; it can be installed in any direction.
