Description
Nickel Alloy Globe Valve

This is a high-pressure rising stem Chemical Industry globe valve. The valve body is made of A105N high-pressure carbon steel, with a black anti-corrosion coating on the surface. The connection method is welded (without external flanges), and it is operated manually via a handwheel. Its core function is to control the flow of high-pressure media. This is a small-diameter rising stem Chemical Industry globe valve used in industrial high-pressure pipelines.

Advantages

Status Visualization

The exposed stem design allows on-site personnel to quickly confirm the valve's open/closed status, reducing the risk of misoperation;

Reliable Sealing

Hard sealing + welded structure significantly improves sealing stability under high-pressure conditions, reducing leakage risks;

Durable Material

A105N carbon steel offers both strength and temperature resistance, suitable for most media in the petroleum, chemical, and other industries;

Convenient Operation

The multi-spoke handwheel design provides an operating torque suitable for high-pressure conditions, ensuring high precision in manual control.

Features

01.

Rising Stem Design

The valve stem moves synchronously with the valve core, allowing for direct observation of the stem's displacement and intuitive determination of the valve's open/closed state;

02.

High-Pressure Adaptation

Class 600 pressure rating + A105N material, capable of withstanding temperatures from -29℃ to 425℃ and high-pressure conditions up to 10MPa;

03.

Hard Seal Design

The valve core and seat utilize metal-to-metal sealing (such as hard alloy overlay welding), providing resistance to erosion and wear, suitable for harsh industrial media;

04.

Welded Connection

No external flanges; the welded ports eliminate the risk of leakage under high pressure, meeting the sealing requirements of high-pressure pipelines.

Application Scenarios

Petrochemical industry

Wellhead instrumentation pipelines, high-pressure process sampling lines, hydraulic system pipelines;

Natural gas industry

Branch control of high-pressure gas transmission pipelines, small-diameter pipelines in pressure regulating stations;

Power industry

High-pressure cooling water systems and steam pipeline isolation control in power plants;

Mining and metallurgy

High-pressure slurry transportation pipelines, hydraulic equipment control lines.

Production Process

Material Melting

Carbon steel is melted according to the A105N standard formula to ensure that the chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the requirements;

Forging and Forming

Valve bodies, bonnets, and other blanks are processed through forging to ensure structural strength;

Precision Machining

Key parts such as sealing surfaces, welding ports, and threads are machined using CNC equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy;

Surface Treatment

The valve body is treated with sandblasting and anti-corrosion coating (black), and the sealing surface is hard-faced with alloy;

Assembly and Debugging

Valve core, stem, handwheel, and other components are assembled, and the opening/closing flexibility and sealing performance are tested;

Quality Inspection and Shipment

Hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests (at 1.5 times the nominal pressure) and sealing performance tests are conducted, and the product is shipped with a certificate of conformity.

Routine maintenance

Regular Inspection

Check the wear of the valve stem threads and handwheel drive components monthly, and test the valve's opening and closing flexibility quarterly;

01

Lubrication and Maintenance

Apply high-temperature grease to the valve stem threads and handwheel bearings every six months to prevent rust and seizing;

02

Seal Monitoring

Regularly (e.g., quarterly) check for leaks in the sealing surface through pressure testing. If leaks are found, grind or replace the sealing components promptly;

03

Cleaning and Protection

Keep the valve body surface clean, and install protective covers on welding ports when not in use to prevent impurities from entering;

04

Emergency Handling

If the valve stem seizes, try applying lubricant to free it before attempting forceful operation to avoid damaging the components.

05

Working Principle

When the handwheel is rotated, the valve stem (rising stem) moves up and down along the threads, causing the valve core to move closer to or further away from the valve seat:
Closed state: The valve core is tightly fitted against the valve seat, blocking the flow of the medium;
Open state: The valve core moves upward, allowing the medium to pass through the valve body channel;
The rising stem design allows for visual observation of the valve stem displacement, indicating the degree of valve opening or closing.

FAQ

Q: Can this valve regulate flow?

A: It can regulate flow to a small extent, but it is primarily used for on/off control; a partially open state will exacerbate erosion of the sealing surface and shorten the valve's lifespan.

Q: What precautions should be taken before welding?

A: Impurities on the welding ports must be cleaned, and direct high-temperature heating of the valve body's sealing surface should be avoided during welding to prevent deformation of the sealing components.

Q: How should worn sealing surfaces be handled?

A: Minor wear can be repaired by grinding; severe wear requires replacement of the valve core/seat assembly. This should be performed by qualified personnel.

Q: Does the exposed stem design increase the risk of contaminants entering?

A: No, the valve stem is usually equipped with a dust cover. Maintaining the dust cover in good condition during routine maintenance will reduce the entry of contaminants.

Q: Can you accept TPI?

A: Yes, sure. Welcome visit our factory and come here to inspect the goods and inspect production process.

Q: Can you supply Form e, Certificate of origin?

A: Yes, we can supply.

Q: Can you supply invoice and CO with chamber of commerce?

A: Yes, we can supply.

Q: Can you supply samples?

A: Yes, some samples are free, please check with sales.
