Raw material casting → Machining (turning flanges and valve core cavity) → Surface spraying with blue anti-rust coating;

Component assembly

Installing valve core, spring, and other internal components → Connecting pressure guide pipe interface;

Stainless steel sheet stamping and welding into float → Connecting metal connecting rod;

4

Testing and debugging

Pressure resistance test (verifying no leakage under PN16 pressure) → Simulated liquid level test of valve opening and closing sensitivity.

1.Routine Inspection: Check weekly for float sticking, pressure guide pipe loosening, and valve body leaks;
2.Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean float surface monthly (to avoid affecting buoyancy), and flush valve body cavity annually;
3.Component Replacement: Replace valve core seals every 2-3 years (to prevent aging and leakage), and replace float promptly if deformed;
4.Freeze Protection: In low-temperature environments, drain water from valve body (to prevent valve body from freezing and cracking).

A: Yes, different control liquid level heights can be set by adjusting the length of the float linkage.

Q: Can it be used for sewage?

A: It is recommended to use an anti-clogging valve core to prevent sewage impurities from clogging the valve core.

Q: What should I do if the valve does not close tightly?

A: First, clean the impurities from the valve core/seat. If leakage persists, replace the seals.
