This SND double flange concentric butterfly valve adopts worm gear handwheel operation structure. The valve body is made of high-quality ductile iron, fitted with full rubber lining seat, featuring reliable bi-directional sealing, low operating torque and compact structure. The concentric disc design guarantees stable flow regulation and shut-off performance. It is widely used for opening, closing and regulating fluid flow in water supply & drainage, HVAC, fire protection, sewage treatment and general industrial pipelines. The worm gear reducer can easily realize manual operation, with visual position indicator. We also support customization of electric, pneumatic actuators for automatic control.

A: Concentric butterfly valve means the valve shaft center overlaps with the center of butterfly plate and seat. It is simple in structure, low cost and mainly used for water and non-corrosive medium shut-off and regulation.

A: EPDM rubber is the standard option for clean water and high temperature resistance; NBR rubber suits oil-containing sewage. Natural rubber is for general clean water service.
Q: Can this butterfly valve be fitted with electric actuator?
A: Yes. The worm gear box can be replaced with electric or pneumatic actuator upon request for remote automatic control and signal feedback.
