This electric flanged butterfly valve uses RF raised face flange connection. Its valve body is made of QT500-7 ductile iron, and the disc comes with EPDM rubber lining. Paired with an electric actuator, it can work for automatic on-off action or flow regulation, making it widely used in municipal water supply, drainage, fire fighting and HVAC circulating water piping systems.
The one-piece valve body is cast from high-strength QT500-7 nodular cast iron, with inner and outer surfaces coated with food-grade anti-corrosion epoxy paint. The EPDM liner is vulcanized directly onto the disc, offering reliable bidirectional zero-leak sealing. It connects to pipes through standard RF flange bolting, which is sturdy to install and easy to take apart for maintenance. The matching electric actuator is made of aluminum alloy. It supports simple on-off control or 4–20mA proportional regulating control, with available power supply options including AC220V, AC380V and DC24V. Suitable media include clean water, wastewater and neutral liquid. Its applicable temperature range is -10℃ to 80℃, with nominal pressure grades PN10 and PN16.
