Worm Gear Flanged Butterfly Valve

This electric flanged butterfly valve uses RF raised face flange connection. Its valve body is made of QT500-7 ductile iron, and the disc comes with EPDM rubber lining. Paired with an electric actuator, it can work for automatic on-off action or flow regulation, making it widely used in municipal water supply, drainage, fire fighting and HVAC circulating water piping systems.

The one-piece valve body is cast from high-strength QT500-7 nodular cast iron, with inner and outer surfaces coated with food-grade anti-corrosion epoxy paint. The EPDM liner is vulcanized directly onto the disc, offering reliable bidirectional zero-leak sealing. It connects to pipes through standard RF flange bolting, which is sturdy to install and easy to take apart for maintenance. The matching electric actuator is made of aluminum alloy. It supports simple on-off control or 4–20mA proportional regulating control, with available power supply options including AC220V, AC380V and DC24V. Suitable media include clean water, wastewater and neutral liquid. Its applicable temperature range is -10℃ to 80℃, with nominal pressure grades PN10 and PN16.

Commonly installed inside thermal power stations for pipelines carrying high-temperature steam, boiler flue gas, ventilation air and circulating water. Running steadily under prolonged high heat and pressure, they eliminate soft seal leakage risks and guarantee stable functioning of power grid equipment.

2. Petroleum & Petrochemical

Applicable to petrochemical production equipment, high-temperature heat transfer oil pipelines, plus oil & gas transportation lines. Its integral metal hard seal structure withstands scouring and corrosion from complex hydrocarbon substances, enabling dependable isolation and flow adjustment.

3. Chemical Industry

Well-suited for chemical pipelines transporting high-temperature acids, alkalis and solvent fluids. They tolerate harsh high-pressure corrosive chemical working scenarios, sustain stable sealing effects and help clients reduce regular maintenance spending.

4. Metallurgy

Deployed in metallurgical factories on pipelines for high-temperature flue gas discharge, hot air circulation and industrial furnace piping. Resistant to erosion from hot gas and dust contaminants, they operate smoothly with durable sealing performance.

All valves are first covered with transparent plastic film to keep out dust and moisture. They are then fully wrapped with pearl cotton and foam to cushion impact and vibration during shipping.

We use standard export non-fumigated wooden boxes that meet international shipping regulations. Custom internal padding provides solid protection against jolts and vibration throughout land, sea and air transportation.

Fitted with integrated pallet bases, the boxes work smoothly with forklifts and pallet jacks, making bulk handling and warehouse stacking much easier.

This full packaging method protects the entire valve, especially precision sealing parts, effectively avoiding structural deformation and sealing damage during transit and storage. It is well suited for long-distance, multi-stage logistics for industrial valves.
