Product Overview
This pneumatic lug style PTFE lined butterfly valve combines heavy-duty lug cast iron body, full PTFE liner, PTFE coated disc and double-acting pneumatic actuator. It delivers reliable shut-off and flow regulation for highly corrosive liquid, acid, alkali and chemical medium.
The lug structure allows end-user to install the valve between flanges, and it can maintain pressure sealing even when one side flange is removed for maintenance. The complete PTFE lining isolates the valve body from aggressive chemicals, protecting the housing against corrosion and extending service life significantly. Equipped with a pneumatic actuator with limit switch, it supports automatic remote on/off control for industrial pipeline systems.
