Recently, SND Valve has rolled out its brand-new DN25 spring low-lift safety valve with lever and external thread design. It releases pressure gently instead of massive sudden medium ejection, stabilizing pipeline pressure while cutting unnecessary medium loss, perfectly matching medium and small pipeline systems that require mild pressure discharge.

Rigorous Factory Testing Compliant with Universal Industrial Standards

Before mass release, the product went through tens of thousands of open-close cycle durability tests in SND's in-house testing lab. Under PN16 rated working pressure, the deviation of popping pressure is controlled within ±5%, and zero leakage is guaranteed after the valve reseats itself. Alternating high and low temperature tests ranging from -20℃ to 180℃ prove the internal spring maintains stable elasticity, suitable for low-temperature northern workshops and high-temperature miniature boiler working conditions.

Every single valve is individually pressure-calibrated before delivery and comes with official inspection certification, fully meeting acceptance standards for machinery manufacturing, HVAC, food processing and air compressor supporting industries.
