1.Raw material melting: Select high-quality pig iron, scrap steel, melt into molten iron above 1500℃, control composition strictly;
2.Spheroidization & inoculation: Add spheroidizing and inoculating agents to optimize material strength and toughness;
3.Casting forming: Sand casting per EN124 standard, cast at about 1400℃;
4.Post-treatment: Heat treat to relieve stress after cooling, finish machining, spray anti-corrosion coating;
