Structure & Working Principle
Main components include welded valve body, bonnet, double plugs, valve stem and sealing seats. When opening: Rotate the handwheel to lift the stem and double plugs, medium flows through the balanced passage. When closing: Lower the double plugs to press tightly against upper and lower seats, blocking fluid flow completely. Double seats balance medium pressure to reduce operation load, avoiding seat damage caused by unbalanced pressure. Welded ends connect firmly with pipes to prevent external leakage.
