This electric flanged butterfly valve adopts RF raised face flange connection design. The valve body is cast from QT500-7 ductile iron, while the valve plate is wrapped with EPDM rubber lining. Paired with an electric actuator, it realizes automatic switch or flow regulation, widely applied in municipal water supply, sewage discharge, fire fighting and HVAC circulating water pipelines.
Integrally cast with high-strength QT500-7 spheroidal graphite iron, the valve body is coated with food-grade anti-corrosion epoxy paint inside and out. The EPDM rubber liner is vulcanized integrally on the disc, achieving reliable bidirectional zero-leakage sealing. Standard RF flange connection enables firm pipeline assembly and convenient later disassembly and maintenance.
The actuator is constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy. It supports basic on-off control as well as 4–20mA analog proportional regulation, compatible with AC220V, AC380V and DC24V power supplies. Adapted for clean water, sewage and other neutral media, the valve operates stably between -10℃ and 80℃, with PN10 and PN16 pressure classes for selection.
