The screw gate valve is a linear motion industrial valve equipped with a screw stem driving mechanism, designed for full opening and full closing cut-off control of pipeline media. Different from ordinary gate valves, it adopts a precise screw transmission structure to convert rotational handwheel force into vertical lifting motion of the gate plate, realizing stable, labor-saving and precise switch operation. Precision Screw Transmission Mechanism

Adopts high-precision trapezoidal screw stem design with large transmission torque and stable operation. The screw structure realizes slow and uniform lifting of the gate plate, effectively avoiding impact and water hammer phenomenon caused by sudden switch, protecting pipeline and valve body equipment. The self-locking property of the screw stem can fix the opening position accurately without drifting, ensuring stable pipeline flow control.

Zero-Leakage Sealing Performance

Equipped with flexible wedge gate plate and multi-layer sealing pair. Optional soft seal and hard seal structures are available. The soft seal adopts high-quality rubber or PTFE material to achieve full zero leakage; the metal hard seal undergoes precision grinding and hard surfacing treatment, featuring wear resistance, high temperature resistance and long sealing life. The double-sided sealing design ensures bidirectional pipeline sealing without medium leakage.

Low Flow Resistance & Full Bore Design

The full-bore channel structure makes the inner cavity of the valve smooth and flat, with almost no flow resistance and minimal pressure loss. It supports pipeline pigging and cleaning, avoids medium deposition and blockage, and is suitable for long-term continuous delivery of various fluid media.

Durable & Anti-Corrosion Structure

The valve body is made of high-strength cast iron, ductile iron or stainless steel, with integral casting process, compact structure and high pressure resistance. The screw stem is treated with anti-rust and anti-corrosion polishing, matching with wear-resistant shaft sleeve, which effectively reduces friction loss and prolongs the service life of moving parts. Custom anti-corrosion coating is available for harsh corrosive working conditions.

Wide Adaptability & Easy Maintenance
